New UAE Labour Law was introduced and implemented in February 2022. It replaced almost 40% of the OLD UAE Labour Law. NOW as per the new rules, the Arbitrary Dismissal and its definition has been quite changed. Now the employee may ask the arbitrary dismissal like before but this is not like before.
