New UAE Labour Law 2022
The New UAE Labour Law came in 2022 and was implemented in February 2022. As the result, it has a better implementation on Employers as well as Employees. Therefore the New UAE Labour Law needs to be understood by everyone.
Even Labour Law Lawyers have to study it, understand it and then grab the details. Becasue the new UAE Labour Law is entirely changed then the OLD One. We will not say that it has fully replaced the old one but there are many new points added to it.
The Law was revised with this plan to cope with the modern challenges, especially the post-pandemic challenges. The world saw the modern challenges in Employment and Business sectors, therefore all the world had to bring a change in Business and Employment Laws. Even Civil Laws are also seriously affected.
